Formed in 1964, the AWPPW is democracy at work. Every member has a voice and a vote. In fact, the AWPPW is the most democratic union is existence today. You and your co-workers will vote for your own rules, and run your own affairs. You elect your officers, committee people and shop stewards to run your union business for you.
